MCT System was developped using Rexx language.
Experience has shown high flexibility for changes and updates. At present runs on PCs (OS/2).
You must supply input by simply running Mantis utilities recording listings in a dataset for programs, screens, access, interfaces. And for Supra tables, equivalent DB2 definitions.
You will get back BMS(Assembler) and Cobol source for
compilations.
No or minimum manual fixes.
Programming code generally involves high record volume and thus manpower requirements may be high if manual intervention is required. Heavy investment was put towards enabling a smooth, simple and complete code generation and function. And where out of line corrections are necessary, log help is stressed. For Supra to DB2 conversion, more planning, tasks, and checks will be required.
Generated code will execute in conversational mode, generating COMMITs for every map conversed, or for Supra explicit Commits, CICS Commits.

We can also provide a full fledged conversion, with on site personnel from start to production stage, but the customer must be prepared to do the on hands terminal tests. Such support can be extended to other areas of Systems support.
